I’m very pleased to offer this rare pair of circa-1910 early electric sconces!
This listing is for two fixtures.
It’s extremely hard to find such sconces.
The shades are likely by Holophane but are unmarked.
The sockets are porcelain!
The metal components are brass and with a rich patina.
The sconces are ideal for a kitchen or bathroom.
With new wiring, this pair is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!
DETAILS: The fixtures accept standard base 75W bulbs (not included).
COLOR: Brass with patina. White. Glass.
SIZE: The sconces are about 9-inches high, overall. They project about 11-inches. The shades have 2-1/4-inch fitters, and are about 5-inches high.
- The shades have some flea bites to the shades.
- The porcelain sockets are original with new wiring.
- The brass has an attractively mottled patina (see images).
