Description
I’m very pleased to offer this extraordinary circa-1940 chandelier!
The chandelier was made in Europe.
There are six acanthus leaves made of hammered brass. Astonishing. Fabulous!
Hanging from each leaf are crystal spheres. A larger sphere hangs in the center.
There are six sockets.
All the brass has a rich bronze-like patina.
The fixture is an impressive 23-inches wide.
So, if you are looking for something truly extraordinary then this knock-out may be ideal.
Wholly restored and with new sockets and wiring, this fixture is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!
DETAILS: The fixture accepts standard base 60W bulbs (not included).
COLOR: See above.
SIZE: The fixture hangs down about 24-inches and is an impressive 23-inches wide. I can remove up to 5-1/2—inches of chain; I can add chain.
CONDITION:
- I love writing this: there’s no damage.
- The sockets and wiring (brown plastic) are new.
- All the crystals were missing. I could tell that there were crystals originally due to the tell-tale mounting holes. As such, all the crystals are new.
SHIPPING: Insured shipping in the Continental US will be…FREE!
