Description

I’m very pleased to offer this lovely circa-1940 foyer-type ceiling future by Lightolier!

And I have one more!

The frosted shade is striking, with a wheel-cut starburst on the bottom, and wheel-cut flowers and leaves on the sides! (Wheel-cut means that the designs are cut into the glass.)

The metal components are brass.

The fixture is 6-1/2-inches high, and 8-inches wide, so is ideal for a small foyer, hall, or powder room.

The mounting finial is original.

Design-wise, the fixture is ideal for a home built in the late 1930s, 1940s, or early 1950s.

Wholly restored and with new sockets and wiring, this fixture is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!

DETAILS:

  • The fixture accepts two standard base 60W bulbs (not included). You can use LED bulbs.
  • The brass has been polished. It has not been lacquered.

COLOR: See above.
SIZE: See above.
CONDITION:

  • There’s no damage.
  • The porcelain sockets and wiring are new.
