I’m very pleased to offer some 1970s glamour:
A pair of glass rod chandeliers!
Yes! This listing is for a matched pair!
Fixtures like this were wildly popular in the 1970s.
The chandeliers alternate between hanging glass rods, and glass panels. Oh so chic!
The metal components are brass.
The chandeliers are 14-inches wide. They are not petite, nor really huge.
I love the idea of the pair, hanging kinda low, over bedroom night-tables. Cool! Or, close together as a pair above a rectangular dining table? Or, in a long hall? Above a bathroom vanity, and on each side of the mirror?
Fixtures such as this have a strong period look. I’m old enough to have lived through the 1970s, and it’s kinda unsettling to think the decade is now considered a historical period.
So, roll out that orange shag rug, put on some bell-bottoms, get out a game of Twister, and enjoy your glittering pair of chandeliers!
This pair is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!
DETAILS: Each fixture accepts five 25W candelabra base bulbs, and one 60W standard base bulb.
COLOR: Brass. Glass.
SIZE: The fixtures are 27-inches long, and are 14-inches wide. I can remove up to 6-inches of chain; I can add chain.
- The only issue is minor. Two glass panels have a tiny chip in one corner. As the fixtures are so visually animated, I doubt you’ll notice.
- The sockets and wiring are original (and in fine shape).
SHIPPING: Insured shipping in the Continental US will be…FREE!
