Description

I’m very pleased to offer this incredible opportunity:
FOUR dashing 1930s pendants!

Yes! This listing is for four matching fixtures!

The shades are made from thick, thick white glass, and are 14-inches wide.

Each fixtures accepts one 300W Mogul-base bulb (a dimmer is suggested). So, beautiful and brilliant!

The thick glass shades diffuse the brilliant bulbs, and a lot of light is thrown towards the ceiling – all resulting in a very pleasant quality of light.

Fixtures such as this were originally used in commercial settings. Today, they are much valued for residential use, and ideal for a room that needs a lot of quality light like, say, your kitchen.

The fixtures are 27-long. I can remove up to 6-inches from the stem.

Please note the distinctive and original ceiling canopy. Note, too, how the concentric rings in the canopy are matched by same on the shade. Cool.

The stem incorporates a swivel joint. So, if you bonk the shade the whole fixture will move rather than the shade breaking. It is hoped! The fact that the shades are undamaged after 80 years would attest to this. (The fixtures can also be installed in a room with a very shallow vaulted ceiling.)

Wholly restored and with new wiring, this set is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!
